Matthew Foulston is the Chief Financial Officer of Compass Minerals, a publicly traded salt and plant nutrition company in Kansas City.
Prior to joining Compass Minerals, Matthew was Senior Vice President, Operations/Corporate Finance & Investor Relations at Navistar where he led finance and accounting activities across the Truck, Engine, and Parts segments as well as Corporate FP&A and Investor Relations.
Matthew also was a Board member and Chair of the Audit Committee for the Blue Diamond Truck and Parts joint ventures with Ford.
Prior to this he was Vice President & CFO of the Truck Business at Navistar where he led a global team of finance professionals in North & South America, India, and China driving the finance and accounting process for this $8-9bn business.
Prior to joining Navistar, Foulston was Senior Vice President & CFO, Mazda North America where he directed all finance, accounting, treasury, and tax matters for this $8bn business with operations in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. In this capacity he also was a member of the Board and Audit Committee for Auto Alliance International, a joint venture between Mazda and Ford.
Prior to this assignment at Mazda, Foulston enjoyed a 20 year career with Ford which included assignments in the U.K., U.S., and Germany.
