Within the Spaulding-Harvard TBI Model Systems, actively involved with enrolling patients and gathering clinical data for the TBIMS national database, supporting subject enrollment and development of fMRI paradigms for local study investigating a novel fMRI for detection of consciousness in severe brain injury, managing multi-site observational sub-studies, and development of educational and knowledge dissemination events for consumers and clinicians.
Clinical responsibilities include drafting clinic reports after weekly Neurobehavioral Clinic, and subsequently reviewing with clinical supervisor and post-doc fellows. Also responsible for monitoring clinical data collection within the Brain Injury Program, and advising clinical staff on designing unique individualized assessment protocols for patients within the Disorders of Consciousness Program at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and Spaulding Hospital Cambridge. From June 2012 to Present (3 years 7 months) Psychometrist and Research Associate @ Preparing, administering, and scoring neuropsychological assessments with clients suffering mild to moderate traumatic brain injuries. Research responsibilities included financial, demographic, and clinical data collection. Also implemented and oversaw medical record digitization process.
