Right before I started working as a comedian, I was an actor. I was in a few plays, including a school play and a play at a civic theater. I also had a few roles on TV, like aParameter at the Carnegie Science Center and a supporting role as a valet in 'How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.' After a few years of acting and comedic work, I got my break as an writer. I wrote two plays, 'Do the Right Thing' and 'The Price' which were performed by improv theater companies in Ohio. I also edited and produced it for the show's entire run. I was a producer on a show called 'The Daily Show With Jon Stewart.'
