The current project focuses on a chain of Pacific Islands called Vanuatu. Hosted events to raise funds to send and create packages to the island nation of Vanuatu and other needing nations. I formulated and implemented CDP standards and optimized RDA Credentials structures for more efficient processes increasing compliance and risk reporting standards by over 60% at the G-SIB. I also facilitated a M&A Life Sciences deal with a large lab testing client on deal structure and planning for the proposed acquisitions, while drafting numerous SOWs for proposal submissions. I created new Compliance Violation guidelines that are now the standard at UBS Americas, while also creating implementation and roll out strategies for the new guidelines. Finally, I facilitated a firm-wide Change in Control by developing regulatory strategies for UBS Securities, Financial Services, and Global Asset Management. From May 2014 to August 2014 (4 months) Asset Management & Trading Intern @ Actively assisted in trading and stock research in a variety of industries. Examined risk and foreseen stock projections in both the trading and asset management sectors. Worked to create, diversify, and pitch numerous portfolio ideas to clients on a daily basis. Facilitated calls and meetings to further expand the client base and ensure close contact between the company and the individuals utilizing the service.
