I'm Sonar’s first salesperson (acquired by Marchex Dec '19) and help the company find and execute long-term partnerships with direct-to-consumer businesses of all sizes. If I've reached out to you, it's because we've done our homework and believe there's an inherent fit between your business and our technology + services, usually based on the success we've seen... I'm Sonar’s first salesperson (acquired by Marchex Dec '19) and help the company find and execute long-term partnerships with direct-to-consumer businesses of all sizes. If I've reached out to you, it's because we've done our homework and believe there's an inherent fit between your business and our technology + services, usually based on the success we've seen with similar partners. SMS has changed the way the world communicates. Email is noisier than your in-laws' snoring and people treat every phone call as if it's an attempt to collect a debt. SMS is a happy medium. It's intimate, but not in-your-face. It demands attention, yet requires no immediate response. It's how we talk with our friends and family. Think about it...We build technology for teams that envision another way of communicating with their customers. Where B2B teams compete for attention in increasingly noisy and ineffective mediums like email, savvy D2C teams have already aligned themselves to the shift we've all made to SMS in our personal lives. Email and phone aren't going away, but SMS improves their effectiveness in magnitudes and the data we collect suggests it's the most effective channel for direct-to-consumer communication.2-way SMS solves revenue problems, closes conversion gaps, and creates millions in incremental ARR for our customers across real-estate (Zillow, EasyKnock), automotive (Shift, Drivetime), micro-mobility (Bird Scooters), personal loans & mortgages (American Financing, American Pacific Mortgage), e-learning (TestMax Prep, StudySoup) e-commerce (Bangs Shoes), consumer services (Tawkify) and more. Many partners of ours realize incredible surges in incremental revenue after incorporating 2-way SMS and AI across Sales, Marketing, and Success. It sucks to not be able to reach and serve your customers. We have all been there. So we help our partners alleviate that pain. Our partners sell more, sell faster, and improve their buying experience for customers. Win-Win.
