💼 Past Experience

I am currently the CEO of The Ringley Group and BTR Planetrent. I have been with the company for five years. I have worked as a Committee Member at RICS Residential Working Group since March 2013. I have been a Governor of Membership Committee at Notting Hill Housing Trust from March 2013 to December 2017. I have been a Senior Valuer at Drivers & Norris Surveyors from January 1996 to January 1998. I have been Valuer at Valuation Office Agency from January 1994 to January 1996. I have been Owner at The Ringley Group.I have worked in a number of different areas in the past. I have first worked as a Senior Valuer at Drivers & Norris Surveyors. There I was able to develop my skills and look at different valuation services. After that, I worked as a Committee Member at RICS Residential Working Group. There, I looked at different types of homes and services that could be offered, and I helped to develop the group’s work. I have also been a Governor of Membership Committee at Notting Hill Housing Trust from March 2013 to December 2017. There, I helped to develop and oversee the work that the Committee does. I have also been a Valuer at Valuation Office Agency from January 1994 to January 1996. I have also been a Member at the Institute of Residential Property Management. There, I developed my skills in Valuation and looked at different types of properties. Finally, I worked as an Ambassador - London Network at National Apprenticeship Service London from January 2010 to January 2013. There, I looked at different types of programs and services that the National Apprenticeship Service London provides.After working as a CEO of The Ringley Group and BTR Planetrent for five years, I am confident that I have the skills and experience to be a good member of the Board of Directors at RICS Residential Working Group. I would also like to focus on developing my skills as a Governor of Membership Committee. I am confident that I am the right person for the job and that I will be able to help to make the Committee’s work better. I am also looking forward to working with the National Apprenticeship Service London to develop programs and services that will benefit residential property investors in London.
