As a software developer, I am responsible for both designing and implementing projects from development level right through to production level. Implementation consists of both code development and unit/integration testing. Past projects include: Worked on a large C# risk project, consisting of developing new features, enhancing existing features and fixing critical errors. Managed a C# application for price testing, which involved maintaining the C# code, as well as implementing new code. This project also had a large dependency on database maintenance and therefore SQL skills were critical. Implemented (from scratch) an MVC WPF application which displays live base metal prices, and allows user to input spreads/skews and ftp data (via csv file) to external client. Implemented (from scratch) a C# application which takes (on a daily basis) precious metal risk booked into one system, and washes them in to another by calculating and booking the necessary position as well as flattening the position in the original system. Current projects: Managing a C# application for a particular feed from Endur to downstream. This is a solo project so includes any implementation in C#, as well as database (SQL) development. Working on Openlink Endur. This involves writing AVS code, fixing bugs, and implementing new features.
