Has led companies in vastly different cultural and economic environments from high growth Asian to recession hit European markets. Each with its own challenges. Common denominator has been to solve a growth AND profitability challenge. Currently heading our operations in Denmark turning it into a model market and lighthouse for the ISS Group. Executed major restructuring program with key objective to implement a truly customer focused organization. The results have been positive with Sharp increase in Customer NPS and profitability and now acts as “blueprint” for Group-wide strategy implementation programe “GREAT”. Over a five-year peiod I led the company to growth on 11 very different markets in Asia (including 5 country establishments: India, China, Taiwan, Japan and Phillippines) – from the more mature markets to developing markets. It was a complex challenge with very different markets and customers we had to understand while at the same time building and accelerating our platform thorugh acquistions and organic growth. Over a three-year period and in the middle of the financial crises, I led the most challenged ISS markets in France, Belgium, Luxemburg and The Netherlands. Have executed a large business platform re-alignment process, which has included divestment of non-core divisions, re-structuring of remaining operations and implementation of new sales acceleration program to return to positive organic growth.Adm.
