In my current job, I am lead of the Innovation team within Ahold/Albert Heijn. We focus on creating a vision of the future of shopping and validating this by launching new proof of concepts to learn fast for the organization - for Albert Heijn, Etos, Gall&Gall & Bol.com.
Bridging commerce and IT functions, we drive change in Retail via (internal) entrepreneurship, in combination with close cooperation with (disrupting) tech partners and startups.
