At National Association of Hispanic Publishers Martha Montoya had the opportunity to chair a procurement committee. Leading committees allow her to manage a selection of suppliers and negotiate better prices for their products. She also acted as a member of a steering committee that created a not-for-profit organization promoting Hispanic culture.
