- Management of applications. Follow-up of application status until finalization of recruitment process. Scheduling of in-house and client interviews with the candidates. - ATS: update, management, daily feed of new CVs
- Sourcing: for each open position, research of suitable candidates within in-house database, selection of best candidates from search results and mass mailing. Research on other online databases (Monster, ICT jobs) and profile research with direct contact on LinkedIn.
- First point of contact: before presenting any CV to Recruiters for shortlist, contact the candidate and perform a first screening interview to confirm that the candidate is suitable for the position and complies with basic requirements. Check all statements in CV.
- Candidate and positions follow-up: management of interviews results, notification to selected and rejected candidates. Arrangement and assistance to candidates to come to Luxembourg when travelling from abroad for the interviews. Arrange interviews with clients when needed.
Sales leading tasks
- B2B client expansion: phoning campaign in order to increase the customers for the company.
- Analysis of different target clients and development of Sales strategy. Reporting on results and phoning campaigns feedback.
- CRM Salesforce: Daily use of CRM including updating contacts and completing the Business database of the company with the new contacts gathered through the Sales Lead Generation Campaigns.
