From January 2013 to May 2015 (2 years 5 months) Sourcer - Healthcare Technology @ Tasked with identifying a target base of medical device, life science and healthcare technology companies that specialize in optical, imaging and 3D visualization technologies. Additional responsibilities consisted of building out an existing Goldmine CRM software package of healthcare technology companies and identifying, integrating & populating a strong pipeline of potential candidates with the following skill sets: big data analytics, biostatistics and data mining. Used Google Search, LinkedIn and Indeed to accomplish these tasks. From December 2012 to December 2013 (1 year 1 month) Sr Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Contract) @ My role at Cadence was to provide dedicated sourcing support for key recruiting projects in the Silicon Realization Group (SRG) located in San Jose, California. This engagement was a short-term, end of the year project with a mandate to reduce the number of unfilled engineering positions. Recruited senior software engineers with the following experience: EDA software development background, C/C++ with UNIX and LINUX platforms, Tcl. Used PeopleFluent ATS on a daily basis. From October 2012 to January 2013 (4 months) Sr Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Contract) @ As part of the Americas staffing team at Cisco, I played a key sourcing role in building up Cisco’s Infrastructure, Virtualization and Cloud Storage teams.
