Mark Mele has been working in the field of Orthopedic products for over 20 years. Mele has worked with a variety of products and has experience with a variety of verticals in the Orthopedic industry. Mark's 10 years of experience working in sales and marketing will give you a deep understanding of how to bring products to market and ultimately make a profit. Mele has a J.D. from the University of Chicago and a B.S. from the University of Illinois.After a long and successful stint of working in Sales and Marketing at a professional medical company, Mele took the plunge into Product Management and joined NuVasive in March of 2015 as Sr. Product Manager for Biomed Orthopedics. There, he was responsible for a wide range of products such as Thoracolumbar AnteriorXLIF, Thoracolumbar Posterior MAS Fixation, Precept System, DBRIII Core and Modular, Radian Facet Screws, NuVasive Power Instruments, and more. He left NuVasive in July of 2018 to become a Vice President of National Sales and Marketing at Casetabs.Mele is a hard working individual with a lot of experience, who is always looking to improve and bring new products to market. He is passionate about helping products reach as many people as possible and doing whatever it takes to make sure that his patients are satisfied with the products they are using. He is a great asset to any company and is especially proud of his work at Casetabs, where he has been a part of the team for over 1 year.

🎓 Education

From his studies at East Leyden High School, Mark Mele got his degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He then continued his education by obtaining a BS in Physical Education from the University of Utah in 2002. After his academic studies, Mele turned to professional work, first joining the physical education staff of East Leyden High School from 2002-2004. From then on, he worked as a professional Kinesiologist at Spielman Physical Education from 2005-2009. [email protected]
