In 2007, Mark Kosoglow started his career as a regional sales representative for School Specialty Planning & Student Development in the Greater Pittsburgh area. In his time with the company, Kosoglow led all sales reps in the company in newly created sales roles serving new markets. Kosoglow was also successful in selling the company to a corporate customer. From 1998 to 2002, Kosoglow was the general manager of Nittany Notes, a Knoxville-based sales company. During his time there, Kosoglow managed 300+ individual business units and 100+ employees. Kosoglow successfully took the company from the analog age to the digital age, developing systems and processes. He currently leads all sales reps for the company in the Pittsburgh area. In his spare time, Kosoglow is also a research scientist at Outreach, a venture-funded social enterprise in Seattle, WA.
