📖 Summary
I am a strategic operations leader with a 25 year track record of delivering transformational change for organizations on a global scale. Change which enables organizations of all sizes to penetrate new markets and improve EBITDA with sustainable operational excellence. I believe that identifying the problem and path to success is only the beginning. My job is not done until my clients have adopted the most important changes and are realizing the benefits.I convince them by communicating concisely and using humor and metaphor to illustrate game changing operational strategies that influence audiences to understand “what’s in it for me". This accelerates organizational buy-in and support across diverse stakeholder groups. I Inspire and motivate teams and individuals by leading from the front and setting an authentic tone of enthusiasm and “all for one” team culture, along with an injection of fun across the business. I value and reward transparency, innovation, measured risk taking and progress over perfection. I am passionate about coaching and mentoring that develops the long-term capabilities of others. I have significant “on the ground” experience launching consumer facing brands in Europe, Middle East, Latin America and Asia, including the creation of nimble operational structures that can scale during early stage growth and as the business matures.
