Mark Cordell Holmes has spent 15 years at Pixar Animation Studios working on features and shorts for Pixar films. During this time, he has worked on the development of characters and sets for features such as Toy Story 3, Cars 2, and Cars toons, as well as the development of the game Rush. Additionally, he has also worked on developing pitches for various original game concepts, including a cancelled game called Newt.

Mark Cordell Holmes has taken many different routes to get where he is now. He has started out with graphic design, Illustration at San Jose State University, then Film Making/Animation at De Anza College. After a while, he attended Continuing Education where he became a Screenwriter and Fiction,Storytelling, Improviser.All of these experiences have taught him how to be creative and come up with ideas, and have also helped him stay on top of his game in terms of workflow. When it comes time to put these ideas into a story or screenplay, he takes into account the different mediums and how they work. He knows that no one is perfect, so he always tries to make sure that each and every project is perfect in its own way.And that’s what has helped him make aname for himself as a Screenwriter and Novelist. He has written and/or directed a number of short- and long-form videos, several featurelengths, and four featurelengths for broadcast. To date, he has authored or co-authored ten books. These books, allawarround the world, teach children about screenwriting, storytelling, improvisation, film making, and animation.In recent years, he has also become a stabilizing factor in the development of newscreenwriters, working with foundations and directors to Liga de Fierro and The Lord of the Rings, among others.Mark Cordell Holmes is also a very hard worker and has always been able to achieve great things even when the going was tough. He has always been able to find time for his hobbies and have a lot of fun, even when he isn’t working on a project. That is why we believe that he is one of the most ready and capable screenwriters out there.
