Supervised departmental scientific computation laboratory, oversaw software licensing and user account management, and ensured all hardware to be in proper working condition at all times. From November 2007 to July 2009 (1 year 9 months) Lead Residential Communications Consultant @ Lead a team of 14 technical consultants at Santa Clara University. The consultants I managed and trained provided first-level network, phone, TV, and computer technical support for Santa Clara University students, maintained customer database and tracked individual cases and calls, and performed on-site maintenance of university-owned hardware and software.
As Lead RCC I organized daily work schedules and resolved personal conflicts among staff, interviewed, hired staff members, provided technical and organizational training to new employees and interfaced between student workers and departmental staff.
