Mark Anderson was born in Australia in 1983. He started his working career in 2003 as a Scout with Liverpool Football Club. In 2006, he started working as an Assistant Head of Recruitment at Charlton Athletic Football Club. In 2007, he started working as a Scout at Manchester United Football Club. He moved up to the role of Lead Scout in January 2017 and was second in line for the role of Assistant Head of Player Recruitment and Talent ID at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club. In June 2012, he started working as a Head of Academy Player Recruitment and Talent ID at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club. He left in January 2017 to take up the role of Head of Player Recruitment and Talent ID at Coda Independent Sports.
