Being in the lending industry since 1991 can certainly have some advantages - especially in light of all the changes that have occured since that time. During the course of my time in the industry trends have changed, products have come and gone and real estate itself has been in and out of style. One constant; however, has been change itself and I don't expect that to be any different in our current environment. I have been fortunate to work with thousands of consumers both with refinance and purchase transactions.
