Marie founded the company as Location Scotland in 2006, following conversations had with her fashion photographer husband John. They recognised the potential of Scotland as an untapped location for stills and motion shoots, for big brands and high-end productions. Under her helm the company has grown from a number of two staff to sixteen, who work with clients including Somesuch, Cobblestone, Partizan, Florence + the Machine, Park Pictures, Stella McCartney, 02, Peugeot, Standard Films, Johnnie Walker, Chivas, Marks & Spencer, Bank of Scotland, Chanel and Vogue. Now the UK’s largest stills and motion Service Production Company, the company rebranded as LS Productions in September 2015. They provide exceptional service production for creative agencies, directors, photographers, production companies and brands, shoot UK-wide and have locations in Scotland, England, Wales and New York. As LS Productions'​ CEO, Marie's international business outlook has resulted in two new LS Productions offices - one in New York and one in London - and the forging of international partnerships. She has focused on building the company’s skills and knowledge base, and on creating a team of professionals who share her passion, drive and unstinting commitment to every client and project.
