My experience at Royal Caribbean included being the Vice President of Total Guest Satisfaction and Vice President of Hotel Operations for Royal Caribbean International, during which time I had the opportunity to oversee the launch of 7 ships, develop new onboard customer experience concepts, implement a new customer service standard for the brand, and expand the shipboard and shoreside teams by over 20,000 employees. As Vice President Latin America, Asia -Pacific and Caribbean, for almost four years, I developed a successful strategy to grow our Asia-Pacific and Latin America regions in order to diversify our customer base beyond North America. From January 2005 to August 2008 (3 years 8 months) Vice President, Hotel Operations @ Responsible for leading and directing onboard Hotel Operations for a fleet of 17 ships, with over 20,000 employees. Oversaw Food and Beverage, Entertainment, Guest Services, Private Destinations, Cruise Activities and other key guest satisfaction areas. Re-engineered hiring for management onboard, introduced new industry leading guest service standards, and new experience concepts onboard the ships. From April 2000 to December 2004 (4 years 9 months) Vice President, Worldwide Customer Satisfaction @ Responsible for United's strategic plan to improve all aspects of customer satisfaction, including automation to expedite customer experiences with the airline. This strategy produced the e-tiketing services, e-communications at gates, and reservations enhancements.
