A team of over 1000 people, of which 3 directors.• Integrated the Supply Chain teams and operations of Diageo Brazil and Ypióca after the acquisition of the latter by the former• During the FY 2016, implemented procurement savings, which more than offset a 10% inflation• Delivered logistics savings worth over £8 m during a period of 3 years, assuring an average year-on-year 2,5% reduction on the distribution cost per case, in a scenario of an over 8% yearly logistics inflation• Revamped the S&OP process, reaching a 12 p.p. increase in Sales Forecast Accuracy and reducing stocks by circa 20%• Re-designed and implemented a new Innovation process, guaranteeing 100% of innovation projects delivery in the fiscal year 2016 From January 2013 to November 2016 (3 years 11 months) São Paulo Area, BrazilLogistics Director @ Unilever In charge of distribution and logistics for Unilever Brazil, covering Foods, Home and Personal Care and Ice Cream divisions. A network of 26 distribution centres, spread across the country and transportation of ca. 2 million tonnes of finished products yearly. Annual budget of over € 350 million.
