I enjoy my work and my co-workers! I help facilitate a program entitled: “Leadership in Work and Life” which is monthly global WebEx’s which offers me a chance to reach across a large global organization and thereby making a very large company seem much smaller. There are a few other initiatives where I assist with team building and engagement. I enjoy these opportunities outside of my regular duties.
I coordinate weekly, monthly and quarterly business meetings and one-on-ones with the CIO as well as mentoring groups outside the organization. I do quite a bit of extensive & complicated domestic and international travel arrangements for the executives including: personal mileage reimbursement, upgrades, expenses reconciliation utilizing many forms of currency, along with VISA and passport applications & renewals. I keep pretty busy with our group along with the senior leadership team. I do some outreach with the executive admins on our floor and they are a fantastic group of fun, talented and smart people. From July 2012 to Present (3 years 6 months) Project Manager, Asst. to the President @ Mostly Project Management while assisting the President and co-owner.Travel around the US with President and on behalf of President (30%). Extensive travel arrangements for President including mileage, upgrade, management of all airline accounts (Domestic/International) booking for President/CEO. Visa/passport renewals.

From October 2010 to 2011 (1 year) Executive Assistant to the SVP, CEO @ Executive Assistant/Office Manager for the CEO, SVP - Finance, CFO, Treasurer and VP, Taxation. Office manager liaise with Facilities Management of two owned facilities. Recruitment assistance and BOD interface on behalf of the CEO. Heavy business and personal travel, expense reporting, reconciliation (CONCUR). Prepared materials for the Quarterly and Annual business meetings. Procurement Enterprise system data input, process new hires, liaise with HR and legal. From 2005 to 2010 (5 years) Executive Assistant, voice-over talent @ Started out in production did voice-overs while working in with production and then late, finance. Main duties:Scheduling & interfacing with all senior Executives with meeting coordination, gate-keeping, communication with all staff. Travel planning and expense report reconciliation for Finance and Human Resources leaders. Processed departmental new hire and benefits paperwork. Production coordination with senior Executives, talent and music groups. Event planning, large and small venue. Assisted with Facilities and Operational related issues and concerns. Order all office supplies for staff & manage budget. Create and rollout efficiency procedure iniatives to the group. Manage the master finance database and financial filing systems.
