I managed financial analysis, oversaw all employee performance reviews, and developed and directed employee training. I was also a partner at Infinity Partners from January 1979 to January 1986. Marc Roberts completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Pace University in October 1983. He then completed his graduate work in Finance from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University.Previously, Marc Roberts had held various management roles at several small businesses throughout his career. He is best known for his work as Chief Financial Officer for a Vista, California-based software company from 1993 to 2000. Marc Roberts is also a Certified Management Specialist and holds a joined degree in both CFA and MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Marc Roberts has over twenty years of experience in the HR field, across a variety of industries. He has diplomas in Business Administration and Marketing. He has been working in the HR field since 1987 when he joined Search Support Group as a Managing Director. At Search Support Group, Marc was responsible for all HR related matters, including recruitment, staffing, and employeebenefits. Prior to joining Search Support Group, Marc was with Continental Grain Company where he managed financial analysis, as well as project management. In January 1987, he was appointed Manager of Financial Analysis at Kraft General Foods and in January 1979, he was appointed Sr. Partner at Infinity Partners. At Infinity Partners, Marc was responsible for all human resources management matters, including workplace violence, benefits, and recruitment. In addition, Marc also has extensive experience in Fixed Income Trading, subsequently becoming a Specialist at Infinity Partners. In this role, Marc provides advice and guidance to his clients on tracking, studying, and making trading decisionsrelated to financial markets.
