Marc Notenboom has over 10 years of experience in the Optical Industry. Starting out as an Apprentice in optical retail in 1996, He worked his way up through the ranks to become the Managing Director of a successful optical store chain. Notenboom left the retail industry in 2003 to start Holland Trade International, which is now a leading manufacturer and marketer of healthcare and health care products. In his tenure at Holland Trade International, Marc has developed and overseen a numero uno line of eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. Additionally, he has served as the CEO of Hollandcare BV, which is a well-known provider of health and wellness services to the corporate audience. Marc is also a natural oracle and is widely known for his ability to see through to the heart of a business problem. As CEO of Holland Trade International, Marc played a leading role in developing new, innovative products and marketing strategies that have helped the company achieve significant growth. In addition, he has been an influential force within the Optometric Industry, lobbying for changes to regulations that have impact on the Optical Sector. Marc holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Rotterdam and a Master’s degree from the University of Twente.
