Marc Goldin is an American historian and lawyer with experience in the private and public sectors.Goldin holds an A.B. from the University of Virginia in 1984 and an M.A. from the University of Virginia in 1988. before joining the George Washington University Law School, where he received his J.D. in 1992.Goldin's legal career began in 1992 as a law clerk to Judge John F. Roberts on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. From 1992-1994, Goldin clerked for Associate Justice Antonin Scalia on the United States Supreme Court.In 1995, Goldin was a law professor at the University of Richmond. from 1995-1998, Goldin was the Associate Deputy Attorney General for the United States Attorneys' Office for the District of Columbia. From 1998-2002, he was a law professor at Yale Law School.From 2002-2005, Goldin was a law professor at Notre Dame Law School.
