💼 Past Experience

I have over 15 years of experience in the field of human resources development, especially in the indirect hire field. My previous jobs have lined up neatly with my emerging interests in technology. I arrived at CES in 2002 as a summer intern with Prime Software Technologies, Inc. after graduating from college. I worked as a senior recruiter from August 2008 to June 2012 at Brainhunter USA - a Quess Company. When I reached the end of my stint at Brainhunter USA - a Quess Company - I had learned a lot about the hiring process. I also had put myself in a position to be an effective recruiter. I am extremely pleased with my experience as a recruiter at CES. I was able toraine some great jobs for my staff and for myself. I am grateful for the opportunity to work at CES.

🎓 Education

Manoj Pocham had his schooling at Osmania University where he majoring in Political Science. After completing his tertiary education, Manoj started working as an Air Traffic Controller at the Hyderabad-based Air India until early 2014. When the airline faced such difficulties and went through a rough patch, Manoj stepped in and led the operations.After Hyderabad's airport stopped functioning, Manoj stepped in and led the air traffic control operations at the then lone international airport, Wesley in early 2014. It was during this time that Manoj discovered he had a passion for aviation. He remains a professorial associate at Wesley and also presently works as an ABP Instructor/Technical Trainer in IFR flying and has also been working as an air traffic controller for eight years now.The Late Late Group:It was in early 2014 when Manoj met and befriended P.V.S. Sunil, the co-founder of the Late Late Entertainment Group. Pocham wasiphased into the late late group, which was later to be known as the Late Late Group. At the time, the group consisted of Sunil, Pocham, Ravi Shankar Menon, and Vishal S. Karthik. The group soon became popular for their hilarious and earthy Comedies.The late late group soon found success with their comedies and entertainments and also managed to make waves in the Indian entertainment landscape. The group later went on to win several awards and accolades including being a part of the prestigious ITA Life Hall of Fame in 2018.Manoj Pocham's work readiness:Overall, Manoj Pocham is highly skilled in the management of air traffic control and has an excellent working capacity. He is also highly experienced in the production of Comedies. With the Late Late Group, Manoj put his skills and visions together to create a successful entertainer group. The Late Late Group soon went on to win various accolades and awards and is now considered to be a part of the Indian entertainment landscape.
