💼 Past Experience

Manoj Dash has more than 10 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility. He has worked in all levels of corporations, from small to medium sized businesses. He has also worked as a project coordinator, strategy developer, team leader, research associate and as a community relations manager. In his previous positions, Manoj has integrated Corporate Social Responsibility procedures into company culture, created social media campaigns, developed community relations management systems, and conducted research onorphan rescue and child health. Manoj Dash had herfirst chance to work in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) field in September 2014 when she was appointed as Deputy Manager, CSR, at Viraj Profiles Ltd, a company that produces bioscience products. At Viraj Profiles Ltd, she was responsible for planning and executing corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative across the company. She also led activities such as engaging with dealers, conducting market research, and developing brand strategy.In July 2011, Manojdash was appointed as State Project Head, CSR, at Vedanta Foundation, a development organisation. Her main responsibility at Vedanta Foundation was to design and implement programmes that help beneficiaries achieve their socio-economic goals.
