Mads Nipper was born in Denmark in 1969. Nipper completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Cambridge in 1991 and then went on to complete a law degree at the University of Copenhagen.In 1995, Nipper worked as a barrister at the same law firm as Danish Prime Minister Helle Thorning-Schmidt. Upon her departure from the firm in 2001, Nipper was given the opportunity to become Marketing Director at the Danish company, LEGO. From 2006 to 2011, he was a Vice President at LEGO.Nipper served as the CEO at the Danish company, LEGO, from October 2006 to November 2011. He was responsible for both the sales and marketing of LEGO products in Denmark. In his role, he was also in charge of all aspects of the business, from product development to shipping.During his time at LEGO, Nipper’s primary focus was on product development. He was responsible for creating new LEGO products and improving existing ones. He also played a major role in the development of the LEGO CITY sets and the LEGO DUPLO sets.In his role at LEGO, Nipper’s primary goal was to keep the company afloat. He also streamlined the company’s operations, which helped it to sell more products and make more profits. Nipper’s most significant accomplishment at LEGO was his role in the development of the LEGO CITY sets. He successfully backed up the company’s ideas and created sets that appealed to a wide audience.Nipper is also an experienced business leader.
