💼 Past Experience

When Madison Vickery was younger, she loved to sing and act in theater. However, after acar accident destroyed her right lung, she had to choose between her singing and performing arts career. She eventually decided to focus on her music career and started studying music production at the University of Southern California. While in music production, Madison Vickery met a friend who would later become her goodie-goodie at Atlantic Records. The friend introduced Madison to the music supervisor at Atlantic Records, who taught her how tolicence songs and how to negotiated songs clearance. Her music supervisors at Atlantic Records pushed her to be more creative and pushed her to explore different music styles. She also learned about song placements for TV shows and films.Madison Vickery continued to learn about music production and licensing through her many job experiences at Sony Pictures Entertainment, Bogart Music, Inspire, and Executive membership location. By the time she moved to Los Angeles, she had a strong working knowledge of the music production and licensing process. With this strong background, Madison Vickery was able to help veterans and low-income populations with their song promotion and artist placement. At Sony Pictures Entertainment, she help develop song trailers for films and TV shows. And at Bogart Music, she was in charge of the music blurb and review writing for high school radio stations.By her fourth year of college, Madison Vickery had the necessary skills and experience to be an A&R Coordinator at Atlantic Records. She worked with artists throughout the Los Angeles area and gained experience with song placements, music videos, and licensing agreements. In her last year of college, she was promoted to the role of Music Creative Affairs Department Intern at Sony Pictures Entertainment. This position allowed her to work with artists in the music supervision and licensing process for films and TV shows.
