My roles as a Client Success Manager and Senior Recruiter at Tesla combined have meant that I have a lot to share with you about what it takes to deliver results and impact people.When I joined Tesla as a Senior Recruiter in fall of 2017, they were still in the early stages of getting their business organized. The company was growing rapidly, and they needed all the help they could get. As their Senior Recruiter, I was responsible for finding and verifying the best talent for the company.Tesla was a hotbed of technology innovation, and they needed the best talent to help them stay ahead of the curve. My job was to find and connect the right talent with the right opportunities.The Recruiting process for Tesla was extremely important to me. I had to develop friendships with candidates to find out their motivations and wants for a career in technology. I also had to be extremely diligent in my search for the best talent.Despite the challenge, I was proud of the final product I was able to deliver to their employees. I helped them grow and develop their skills, and I always kept myselfirus at the top of my list.While I no longer work with Tesla, I would like to share with you my experience in the Recruiting process and how I helped them reach their goals. I believe that my experience will help you build a successful career in technology.
