Coordinated with agile teams across three continents, to deliver engaging and useful products that changed people’s lives. Gathered and defined requirements across multiple stakeholders, in multiple countries and time zones. Managed and mentored analysts across the TVLY business. From 2007 to 2010 (3 years) Business Analyst @ Gathered requirements, and designs for a new lifestyle e-commerce product, selling theatre tickets, music tickets and other items to users, on one of the largest e-commerce sites in the UK. Managed the analysis and implementation of the Zuji-lastminute.com integration, putting together the largest Asian OTA and the UK’s largest OTA (at the time). The project required understanding the travel markets in Taiwan, Australia and Hong Kong, and building a product that met the core needs of all of them. The differences were…extensive.
