Born and raised in England, Louise started her career as a Recruitment Manager at Hays in 1998. She then worked at Yahoo! in the Talent Acquisition Manager role from 2001 to 2003. In this position, Louise acted as a key cog in the company’s strategy for expanding its workforce and Adding value to its products and services. She wasparticularly instrumental in the company’s success in winning many prestigious recruitment awards, including the HR Agency of the Year award.Since leaving Yahoo!, Louise has worked in various HR roles at other major companies, including McClearn Infoscience Limited (iron ore), Tetra Pak Industry of Human Resources (tire production), and Yahoo!7 (online search). She has alsoived experience in developing and running employee programs in a number of countries, including the United Arab Emirates and Romania.Most recently, Louise has been working as a HR Resourcing Specialist at Tetra Pak Industry of Human Resources. Sheamjoy working with the company’s employees, cats and dogs, to help them find and enjoy work. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

In 2001, Louise began her career as a recruiter for task management software company Hays. She progressed within the company until she became an employee of the Talent Acquisition Manager at Yahoo!7 in 2007. There, she managed the process of finding, interviewing, and securing potential employees for the company. Louise has a degree in Business Administration from McIntyre University. She is Native American and self-taught in English and American Sign Language.
