I attended to high level design and the more complex aspects of the application functionality. Our team worked to develop an application to track criminal cases in prosecuting offices. We integrated the software with Amazon S3 for document storage and created an interface to generate documents with Drawloop. I conducted ongoing code reviews and bug fix guidance. From October 2012 to January 2013 (4 months) Boulder, COSr. Applications Architect @ Sitel The main goal while working with Sitel was to raise user adoption for the sales team and supplement the efforts by the marketing group. I have developed multiple VisualForce pages and apex controllers to accommodate custom needs by both groups. In addition, I worked to implement a CTI component to help inside sales representatives make calls from the SFDC application. We also undertook and data de-dupe and cleansing project to remove erroneous records and merge duplicate ones. My primary responsibility was facilitating and leading the efforts on a B2B Electronic Procurement System that was critical to organizational goals outlined by the FedEx Services Executives. I was also responsible for all Level 3 Support and Crisis Management Preparation and Validation queues. As the Senior Technical Resource, I led a broad based team of talented developers. In addition I was heavily involved with the creation, review, and approval of required technical and project related artifacts that were included in the proprietary FedEx Project/Change Management Methodology. The development methodology also included preparing and leading Joint Application Design Sessions with business partners, adjacent technical teams, and various administrators.
