SnapFood processed food orders for over 10,000 customers to 200 Manhattan restaurants. At SnapFood I: • Developed proprietary GIS components, security infrastructure, and communications platform. • Managed staff of 20. • Broadly credited by the press for changing online-food industry. From January 2003 to July 2007 (4 years 7 months) Director, Sales @ Director Sales and Marketing. Focus on C-level sales to Global-1000 companies. From June 2002 to January 2003 (8 months) Operations Manager @ Jointly managing software development of multi-million dollar e-commerce platform for real-time B2B risk analysis, credit reporting, and insurance product sales at subsidiary of the $80-billion dollar conglomerate. Sold company to Thorn Communications, Inc. • Recovered most receivables through client meetings and collections • Reached operating profit within six months and developed brand. • Re-engineered a 24/7, tier-2 network with a 10,000 sq. ft. data center, with significant connections to WorldCom and Verizon • Oversaw finance and accounting staff, as well as customer and technical support staff and all consultants.
