Lisa Steele's professional experiences with BraddockMatthews, LLC, Highbridge Capital Management, and Capstone Partnership preceded her current position with the company as Senior Vice President, Head of Global Recruiting, Media & Public Relations. In her current position, she is responsible for the development and implementation of recruiting, sourcing and retention strategies for Highbridge Capital Management, the company’s advertising and public relations arm, and for the development and implementation of all other company functions, including marketing and strategy, human resources, and Finance. Steele also participates in the board of directors of Allied Progress and Herald Management Company, and is responsible for the company’s overall financial performance.
