From January 2011 to Present (4 years 10 months) IndianaCareer Development Director, Purdue Unversity College of Liberal Arts @ Noteworthy Accomplishments  Developed the Live-Learn-Work Learning Cycle, an internship abroad program in Cartagena, Colombia partnering with Colombian businesses, Purdue alumni and the Universidad de Cartagena. The model and program are currently running in 4 countries, connecting Purdue students with global employers and Purdue alumni. Instituted first employer recruitment program for the LACD and the College of Liberal Arts resulting in collaborations, sponsorships and partnerships with local, regional, national and international companies and institutions  Created, planned and executed Liberal Arts Career Week – a week-long series of events designed to support students in constructing a professional branding image for the business world. The week provides more than 15 workshops, seminars, and other opportunities to learn from 30+ high-profile industry figures  Developed and initiated a career reality competition called The Applicant for CLA seniors.
