💼 Past Experience

I am the founder and co-owner of BrightSpark Recruitment. I have been contracting and hiring staff since I was a startup recruiter in the 1990s. I won the Seek Sara Recruitment Consultant of the Year award in 2016, and it was one of the proudest moments of my career. I have 20 years of experience in the staffing industry, and I’m honoured to have been given this designation. As a Managing Director, my focus is on building BrightSpark into a world-class staffing and recruitment company. We are a member-owned company, and our employees are the best in the world. We treat our employees like family, and we work hard to make sure they are happy and satisfied. I’m proud to have a part of the BrightSpark family, and I hope to continue building a great company for the rest of my career.

🎓 Education

After completing her GCSEs, Lisa Cooley took her A Levels at Maidstone Girls Grammar School in Kent. After successful completion of her A Levels, Lisa Cooley moved on to study English Literature at the University of Cambridge. Lisa Cooley graduated from the University of Cambridge with a degree in English Literature in 2018.

Lisa also has experience in managing staff and conducting hiring processes.One of Lisa’s major focuses at BrightSpark is creating an engaging and professional staff recruitment website. BrightSpark is currently working on developing a CRM system to support this website and they are also working on creating a marketing campaign to promote their services.
