I am a research scientist at Facebook working on email/sms/push notifications in a small team. I did my PhD study at Caltech. My PhD research spans from theoretical derivation to algorithm design to software implementation. The implementation solves a million-variable-scale problem with more than 300+ times speedup over existing methods.
