"I've had a lot of experience working in education and leadership since I've been out of college. I've been with organizations such as The John Maxwell Team and early success, Inc. I've also been a certified John Maxwell Team Speaker, Coach, and Trainer. I work as an independent wine consultant, and I also work as an adjunct professor at Manhattan College and Cooke School and Institute. I'm also an accessibility consultant for early childhood education and leadership for students in the New York State Pyramid Model. I also work as an advisory council member for Hofstra University and I'm currently on the HECIS Advisory Council Committee."

Lily Sanabria held a M.S.Ed. in Special Education from St. John's University in New York. She then earned a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Educational Leadership from Hofstra University in September 2022. From September 2022 to September 2022, she also held a B.S. in Communication from Fordham University.Lily Sanabria has extensive professional experience in Special Education and Educational Leadership, having worked for over a decade in both fields. She has anhandledheory and practice in both fields, having successfully coached and taught students of all ages.
