I have 20 years of progressive human resources experience, including 10+ years’ of senior management leadership roles, in both for-profit and non-profit healthcare industries. I have been with NAPA since 2006 and during that tenure have also developed responsibilities for Corporate Compliance and Clinical Recruitment. My role as a senior leader in the organization has helped align the Human Resources department goals and practices with the overall NAPA business goals and objectives. I have been instrumental in leading Human Resources to be a strategic business partner within NAPA.
My professional background consists of providing Human Resources and Corporate Compliance solutions to various industries including manufacturing and healthcare. I have experience in most areas of Human Resources including, employee relations, labor relations, M&A, recruitment and talent management, leadership and employee development, and benefits and compensation administration.
I received my BA in Psychology and an MBA degree, with an emphasis in management, from Jacksonville State University. I became certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) in 2003. I am currently a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Health Care Compliance Association.
