Lee Tonitto has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Monash University, Australia. After completing their schooling, Tonitto worked as an economist for two years with a commercial bank before starting their own business in the field in 2003, which they soon renamed Tonitto & Partners. Tonitto & Partners became a leading authority in marketing and advertising, and attained a wide reputation within the industry. They also became a leader in creating and developing marketing programs for high-growth businesses. Tonitto & Partners later assumed responsibilities as Chief Growth Officer at Professional Sabbatical and then as Principal at Tonitto & Partners. Tonitto & Partners also became the first business in the world to hold an official Guinness World Record for biggest first-day online order quantity ever. Tonitto & Partners later got involved in the Australian Council of Professionals (ACP) as a national advisor and then as a principal.
