After successfully completing her position, she was then hired as a Lead Recruiter at Skillz Inc. in which she supervised and managed employee services, website development, and customer service. After several years of experience working with a variety of businesses, Leah was finally hired as a Director of Recruiting at Extend, a company she has been working with for over two years. In this role, she oversees the Recruiting Department and leads the search for new employees.Leah Thomas believes that the most important thing to do when recruiting is to be genuine and have a sincere interest in the position. She also believes that a good recruiter understands their client's business, and listens to what the client wants and needs. Leah also believes that the most effective recruiter is able to focus on the individual, and not just the organization.
