I am a dedicated and loyal manager/project leader who is confident in her actions. As a designer, I am logical and thorough while still being inquisitive and innovative. My experience includes in providing complete documents for the projects, initial client meetings, design development, construction documents, construction administration and closeout. My concentration has been in Construction Administration for last 12 years. I have a positive success rate in Construction Administration with numerous School Districts backed by recommendation letters from Owners and Construction Manager Companies.
I have been practicing architecture since 1983. My projects have been done on latest Revit, Auto CADD, Vector Works 10 and Visual CADD.
