When Lauren was hired as CMO at Talend in San Francisco Bay Area in July of 2017, her primary focus was building a customer success team to help increase CLTV (customer lifetime value) and drive growth. Additionally, she was responsible for creating and implementing customer journey identifying key milestones, success metrics and ideal timing for customers to help accelerate growth and identify risk. Additionally, she revamped release communications resulting in increased product awareness and adoption, expanded community and advocacy programs resulting in 3X more brand ambassadors, and implemented new technology to drive scaled customer outreach and automation for smaller customers.VP Marketing at Box from April 2017 to December 2018, she was responsible for overhauling marketing infrastructure including implementing Marketo and relaunching marketing website in 9 languages resulting in a 30% increase in pipeline. Additionally, she overshot the company's largest Boxworks which led to doubling sales win rates for attendees and closed the fiscal year with a 90% increase in field segment pipeline. In her role, she also developed new brand program to continue to move Box up market and closed accounts with more than 1/3 of target accounts in the first 12 months. Furthermore, she led the small business marketing efforts for the US region and implemented several successful sales enablement materials and company wide messaging across all marketing channels. In her previous role at Sysomos, she was responsible for creating worldwide marketing strategy to support relaunch of Sysomos including creation of new brand, core positioning, sales enablement materials, and company wide messaging. As president of marketing at AdRoll, she was responsible for driving triple company revenue from $50M to $150M in one year andGuyed the largest Boxworks which led to doubles sales win rates for attendees, closed the fiscal year with a 90% increase in field segment pipeline, and increased regional ROI by 60%. As senior director of online marketing at salesforce.com, she increased regional ROI by 60% and launched the company's first landing page testing program. Additionally, she led theSearch and Display comarketing program with several enterprise partners and built social advertising program which became a net new way to drive leads. Lastly, she founded lv logic, a marketing strategy consulting firm, which led demand generation efforts across social, search, display, and retargeting channels across all segments, drove consistent revenue for clients, and executed a conversion optimization plan resulting in a 3X increase in sales for some clients.

Lauren Vaccarello has a BS from Bronx High School of Science in Marketing. Lauren then studied at Emerson College, earning her BSc in 2013. After completing her undergraduate studies, Lauren moved on to the realm of academic work and earned her JD from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2016.
