I am a upbeat, determined business minded creative. I graduated from Loughborough University after studying Multi-media Textiles in September 2012. Since then I have had intern roles as a PR Assistant at Fashion East and Production Assistant for Patternity's PATTERN POWER. I became an Account Executive at Fourpublicity in June 2013. I am part of a busy 2 man team managing 6 women's wear accounts. Everyday is exciting and challenging and exhilarating. I balance my creative and business skills with strong organisational and logistical skills while always having fun and being incredibly enthusiastic.
Account Manager @ From April 2015 to Present (8 months) Senior Account Executive @ As a Senior Account Executive I manage all the Fourpublicity Account Executives, Sample Administrators and interns in all sample management and have set in place new systems and create time lines for essential account administration. My role has developed seeing me relinquish basic administration to take on new projects for my brands and develop closer relationships with key members of the press. I propose outreach projects to my clients and implement targeted plans independent from my Account Manager. I also control all bloggers interaction and I am constantly reaching out to new bloggers that are right for our brand therefore creating a mutually beneficial situation which involves no payment or advertising. I assist with event management for store events and press days. This sees me drafting initial proposals, finding and dealing with suppliers, managing logistics, inviting VIPS and securing actual attendance and managing the event. My reporting duties are vast and complicated, this is a task I manage alone and I am now involved in proposals and marketing plans for prospective clients. Representing brands such as Stone Island, M Missoni and 7 for all mankind.
As an Account Executive for Women’s Wear at Fourpublicity I help manage nine accounts including; M Missoni, Halston Heritage, AG Adriano Goldschmied, Pyrenex, Sand, HIGH, Amen and Amen Couture, Blauer and Notte by Marchesa. I liaise on a daily basis with clients and the media. This means I have developed relationships with all the major women’s wear editorial teams in London and cultivated new relationships with bloggers. I also manage all admin relating to my accounts, which include internal and external daily reports and monthly and quarterly activity reports and weekly sample reports. I work with the my Account Manager as part of an account team to develop proposals which I independently implement, this includes approaching celebrities and I have key relationships with Celebrity stylists. I write and distribute press releases to targeted media. I promote new stories or Celebrity involvement in our brands to all contacts. I assist with event management and approach appropriate sponsors. I assist in the organisation of all press days.
I coordinate studio or location photography. I undertake research for new business proposals and presenting to potential new clients. I also create emailers for all brands and target the press that is completely suitable for our brands intended end client. As Production Assistant I was involved in the staging and practical organisation for our public exhibition & event ‘PATTERN POWER’, sponsored by Getty Images, that ran in Shoreditch throughout April. I acted as a buyer of goods to sell online and in-store that reflect Patternity’s aesthetics. I also provide administrative support to the team and assistance at photo shoots and filming. As PR Assistant I helped with the Event planning, staging & management of our seasonal events & showcases for London Collections: Men & London Fashion Week. I managed day-to-day interaction between the general press & the designers that Fashion East are currently fostering. I finalised VIP Guest lists. I took an active role in the designing of invites and marketing material for Fashion East & artwork correction and print design for Fashion East's sister company, Lulu & Co. I provided general administrative support for the rest of the PR team and Lulu Kennedy. I was responsible for various pieces of print wear and accessory design that were manufactured as part of the Summer 2012 collection.
