I looked after the cases from the initial application through to completion From 2015 to Present (less than a year) Mortgage Administrator @ At CC&A i worked with up to 6-7 brokers on a daily basis it was very demanding and testing as we also had to do reception duties and postal duties. I gained so much more experience working here as we were also the PA’s to the brokers we looked after, once they submitted the case it was given to us until completion where we made sure every aspect of the mortgage was running smoothly liaising with solicitors , Banks , Agents and the clients. The clients we worked with were from corporate banks such as JP Morgan & Bank of America and some could be high profile clients who could be very demanding. It was not unheard of to work after hours to make sure everything was done something I am happy to do if need me as I am a very customer focused person. I would always get in to the office half an hour before starting to make sure everything was prepared for the day ahead. From June 2014 to May 2015 (1 year) London, United KingdomAdministrator/ Personal assistant @ At Scholes financial I was Administrator and PA to three mortgage advisors I dealt with their lender chasing, the offers issued and the completions with the solicitors, I also liaised with customers about life cover. This was a role where I had to be very organised as I was dealing with my own work and also three other peoples I was very responsible to make sure things went through on time and that our timescales were met. I had the role of making sure reports were done every week and make sure the advisors had done all their tasks , I had to make sure all the mortgage applications were within timescales with the lenders if not they were escalated to management so we could make sure the customers’ expectations were met. From October 2013 to June 2014 (9 months) Doncaster, United KingdomBank Teller @ I aced my exams to get into Santander, and worked on the desk in a customer facing role where I dealt with cash transactions to Bank charges to enquires, & complaints, at Santander it was a very customer focused role which I excelled at and again I was a very high achiever when the quarterly results came in I was in the top 5 for the region within the first few months of been there, and at the Santander conventions I was named as a hard worker and very customer driven all within a few months of working there. I also dealt with the cashing up at night which is a trusted role to have within the bank. From June 2012 to January 2013 (8 months) Sales Assistant @ Working at DDC OS I had my first taste of sales we subcontracted to Scottish Power and called people and offered them better deals on their gas & electricity at times was hard and again very high pressure , I spent a lot of time talking to the customers and making sure what I was offering them was something they wanted and would benefit them, I always achieved targets and was one of the high sellers as I approached customers in a down to earth manner and asked them what they felt they needed rather than telling them what they needed. From February 2011 to June 2012 (1 year 5 months) Sales/ Packaging assistant @ My first taste of the financial world ,In this role I made sure the mortgages were packaged together and liaised with solicitors, Lenders and customers on a day to day basis, I worked within strict timescales to ensure the mortgages were completed in time. This job gave me a lot of knowledge of the finance industry and gave me a lot of confidence as I worked on my own and also part of a team to get the cases done in time, It was high pressure but very rewarding when you have done everything within your power to ensure you are giving the customer the best experience.
