Born and raised in the Boston area, Lauren Rubenoff has always pursued a career in marketing and advertising. After a two-year business administration program at Northeastern University, she started work at Intouch Solutions in 2009. At Intouch Solutions, Lauren contributed to the development of talent acquisition initiatives for a number of global brands. She also served as the Recruiting Manager for Commonground Marketing, responsible for linking ideal candidates with employers. In her previous positions, Lauren has worked closely with the HR Coordinator and Senior Recruiting Manager for Commonground Marketing.Currently, Lauren is the Recruiting Manager for the Global Talent Acquisition Division at Intouch Group.
