Recruiting Manager at SlackI have worked as a recruiter for over 5 years, starting as a Recruiter/Technical Recruiter at Prosper Marketplace in San Francisco Bay Area in January 2015. In May 2015 I left Prosper Marketplace and joined Slack as a Recruiter/Technical Recruiter. My responsibilities included supporting the following teams: Customer Support, Sales, Field Operations, Finance, Marketing and Legal. In my time at Slack, I have hired both domestically and internationally. My technical skills include project engineering, as well as having experience in the areas of recruiting and human resources development.Recruiting Team Lead at SlackI am currently a Recruiting Team Leader at Slack. My role is to helpchanted with managing and growing the team of Recruits including setting and maintaining standards, conducting searches, and managing training. I am responsible for the overall recruitment process, from providing support and guidance to the team to managing resources.
