She started her professional career in September of 2014 as a Sr. Manager of Customer Success at Demandforce by Intuit in San Francisco Bay Area. In her seven months at Demandforce by Intuit, she also created a new Customer Onboarding program responsible for a 5% lift in trial retention. During her first month at the company, she also implemented invoices in product resulting in an 80% decrease in billing inquiry cases. In September of 2013, she was transferred to the position of Manager, Sales Support at Demandforce by Intuit in San Francisco Bay Area. There, she was responsible for the development and implementation of Salesforce workflow processes for internal case submissions. Additionally, she also created an escalation path for Sales leaders and strategic partners to ensure timely response to high priority issues and automated the process to live within Support. In January of 2013, she was transferred to the position of Marketing Manager at Wehmeiers from Greater New Orleans Area. There, she completed a full overhaul of the store layout to maximize revenue based on buyer psychology and behavior. Additionally, she was responsible for the monitoring of trends in inventory to drive product buying decisions. In June of 2011, she started out as a Social Media/Online Services Consultant at Demandforce by Intuit in San Francisco Bay Area. There, she provided paid consulting to small business customers around online marketing and social media strategies. In her one year 8 months at Wehmeiers, she also developed one-to-many webinars to reach customers at scale. In February of 2010, she started out as a Marketing Manager at Wehmeiers from Greater New Orleans Area.
